Default Cerametallic clutch break in?

Do cerametallic clutches need a break in period? Someone told me 500 miles, but then someone else said that cerametallic clutches don't need anything. Which is true?? TIA.

Ceramic?
Throw her in and let her buck.
If you're using a normal compound/organic disc, then you have a break in period.
Ceramics do no.

With ceramic you don't really need much break-in. I'd give it about 50 miles, but less most likely won't hurt it.
