Default Home depot lip help please!

Ok, right now i have already got my vinil base cove stuff drying onto the bumper with some adhesive, I have a feeling it wont hold, so what kind of screws or w/e should i use to keep it really on there? wood screws by chance? thanks.

oh my, please dont use wood screws. these arent VW's.

kind of an inside joke. my buddy wanted to buy a vw and it had wood screws holding the bumpers on.. then i saw one on the street with wood screws it in.. just get some small self tapping screws. try and get black ones so they dont stick out so much.

oh yeah, what should I use as a brace behind it? im sure it will start bending in once i get moving fast enough.

Well I know you got that from Home Depot, but what exactly is it? I'd like to do something like this for the rear bumper. It definately looks good imo.

thank you! i got it from lowes, ask for the "vinil base cove" they will show you. its made by flexco by the way.
