Its pretty easy.
1. Remove the two bolts holding the caliper to the wheel hub. Don't let the caliper dangle by the brake line (you can bend up metal clothes hangers to help keep some slack).
2. Remove the screws from the front of the rotors.
3. Replace with new rotor.
4. Remove brake pads from caliper.
5. Bolt caliper back onto hub.
6. Unbolt bottom caliper pivot bolt and swing outer portion of caliper up.
7. Install new brake pads.
8. Compress caliper piston using old brake pad and C-clamp.
9. Swing caliper back down and reinstall pivot bolt.
10. Clean rotor with brake fluid cleaner to make sure surface has no brake fluid or dust that could contaminate pad.
Repeat for opposite side.
When finished, start car and pump brakes a few times to build up pressure lost from compressing piston with clamp. Follow brake pad bedding instructions (usually 8-10 times of speeding to 30mph for 1 min, brake to 0 over 3-5 seconds and repeat),

Repeating this for the green...
You NEVER do just one side. You always do this stuff in pairs. So BOTH front, or BOTH rears... Fronts do ~70% of the braking so I guess you could get away hacking the rear temporarily, but for the fronts... don't mess around, do BOTH.
