Default Replacing Ground Wires ?'s

I wanted to know what gauge wire should i use to replace the ground wire from the battery to the fuse box? i was thinking like 4 Gauge, is that thick enough or should i go with 0? i also want to know what size wires do i use to replace the ones connecting to the tranny and the head of the motor ground wires?
Are these wires good enough to replace the grounds?

And what do you guys think about replacing my battery with a odyssey 680 battery? Does anyone have a write up on this?

4 awg would be large enough to do 60% of the bonding(grounding) in your car. For motor bonding i would use 0 and your fuse box i would use 0. They both have high current demands at some points and therefor if a fault occurs the larger the ground the less resistance the current has to flow away from your critical parts. Also, are alot of your wires corrodedor something? if so i'd also check the transmission ground aswell.
