I don't think every Honda has an alarm and such - Doubt he stole well-modded Honda's if anything the less secured ones without autolock, alarm, etc etc.

Damn! 170 Honda's! Im wondering if he does anything with them, other than drive them. That's alot of JDM parts. Oversea's,in certain Asian countries, they'd caine him and cut off his hands

 

the intro of the obd2 to obd1 jumper harness I'm sure has a lot to do with all the thefts. much to easy to bypass an immobilizer.
