Default what kind of oil should i use for my 142,000 mile acura rl

im not sure if 10w30,10w40 or 20w50 are good for my rl..which one of those should i use?

owners manual says 10w 30, i think the heavier oils are for bigger engines, like trucks.

actually i think my aunts audi takes 20w 80 which really supprised me.
