Default Safe or Unsafe?

I got a zex kit just lying around and was thinking about throwing it on my b16a. I've searched some stuff on it but people keep saying that it mite be safe and it might not be. I'm tryin to find some pretty solid input on running a 55 dry shot.

Just in case this is relevant to getting an answer my main mods are:
-I/H/E
-stage 1 exedy clutch and act flywheel
-ITR intake manifold and TB

I have some cash to pick up maybe some other necesities that would make the kit safer so if i'm missing something that would help let me know. Thanks.

per 100 cubic inches its safe to run like a 33.3 shot on completely stock internals. This is, of course, theoretically. For one the only shot that small i am aware of is for bikes. But, if you were to get blockstuds from Endyn, a decent tune, i am sure you sould run a 50 with no problem.
