We honestly did the best we could in the VERY limited time that we had. Alas it appears there is no longer any interest in holding such an event. We have to give a $1600 non-refundable deposit to the road course by April 1st and we have ZERO people outside of Ohpoc who have paid or even registered for a single event. OHPOC has come out 10-15 cars deep to every NPM no matter where it was held and we've had little to no support for ours.
As sad as it is, the event looks dead in he water. I haven't even discussed this with the rest of the members of OHPOC but I know its on everyones mind. Unless people start paying before April 1st NPMs are probably dead as we know them.
If as a community we can't pull off one this cheap and involved in the heart of where all the people who have participated in past NPMs are located, what chance does this event ever have of happening again??? I want to thank everyone who put together NPMs in the past, it is unbelievably hard no doubt, but we had everything needed to pull it off in order, just need people who still love Preludes to participate, thank you if anyone took the time to read this and watch the video I made. We really want this to happen.
I made a video of sorts of previous NPMs in case pople forgot how much fun these were, at least we'll have the memories of past ones.

NPM NEEDS the Prelude Community HELP!
Even if you dont want to go or cant, please take the time to contribute only 5.00 to the cause. Get in the talk to have NPM in your backyard next year! The sooner the planning the easier it is, and things like this dont come up.
Please help. Or you can be selfless and cruel and spit on everything holy. (yeah that last line was over the top, but when have you ever known me to be civil)

There is talk of NPM08 in Indiana.....anyone care to venture into that? Or future talks of NPM....but wait if this one doesnt get any help there may not be one next year.

I think there is about 4 ludes coming from CPC so far. It's still 3 monhts away.
Sounds like there will be more things to do this year, I don't know why everybody holds back.

its in the air. I talked to Blake and he isnt positive yet.
Kyle (Jeager) wants to do it in Indy, ID and Im thinking about helping him out. But Im waiting to hear yay or nay from Blake about wanting to start EARLY for NPM08 Florida. I hope the ball gets rolling soon for the future so we can arrange hotels, get tracks reserved, get the appropriate funds, the best of the best to make it better than the all.
So far its been a great run, and it looks like OH will pull of getting the Track reserved for ONLY NPM participants. IF they didnt get the numbers the track day would be pushed to Friday and become a HPDE OPEN track so the public would fill the spots, causing SIGNIFICANTLY less Track time for the whole NPM event

I helped coordinate the '05 Hallet, Oklahoma, and was a heavy participant in '06 St.Louis, Missouri. Guys (and gals), this is some of the most fun I've ever had with almost total strangers...I've made friends and learned things that will last a lifetime. My gut is turning as I sit here because I cannot attend this year because of scheduling conflicts. The Ohio group of prelude enthusiasts have been avid supporters of the last two years and are a great bunch to be around. If you can make it I highly recommend it, a great time with the biggest spread of personalities I think you can get legally.
