H22 Custom Intake Manifold...No IACV or IAC
hey my buddy bought a custom log style intake mani... what he didnt realize was that there are no provisions to run his: IACV (idle air control), IAT sensor (intake air temp) as well as nowhere to mount the throttle cable...
theres no way we`ll be able to hook up the iacv but the iat might be possible same with a bracket for a throttle cable..
Can the motor be tuned to run without the IACV and maybe the IAT?

anyway....yes you can work around the iacv, Crome has a script to delete it from the ecu. But you will not want to remove the IAT. Its what reads the intake air temperature and essentually allows the ecu to compensate the fueling for different temperatures.
