Please help over heating VERY BAD!
I have a 99si coupe with a gsr swap i was drivin home and it looked like some one dumped a buckit of water on my windsheild so i stoped b/c i new it was my coolint and after it stoped smokin after the coolint burnt all up i started driving home and it was crazy over heating i ges my ? is why would my coolint explode like it did out from under my hood i was not driving hard at all so after my dump *** drove home any how i ges from it being so hot the radeater has a crack in it "sorry for my spellin"

so if he changes the poped hose and doesnt check the thermostat
wouldnt the stuck thermo just pop it again cause its not letting the water cyclee threw.
yaeh changing the thermo is a 10 minute job

its on the block near the passenger side. near the distributor, it has a hose running to it (obviosly) this is the lower radiator hose.
there are a couple grounds on it.
its like 2 bolts to undo, then pop out the thermostat, PAY ATTENTION TO HOW IT COMES OUT.
put new one in. bolt up bolts. fill/bleed coolant.
