Hey im kind of new to this i was wondering i have a stock 91 honda crx hf...what are some good swaps to do and yet still get it state reff'd in cali. other then going type r or gsr because i dont have the funds for those haha .... thanks

 

Go ZC or B16a since you're a beginner. Cheapest and easiest. ZC is the easiest. Bolt-on and go. Good luck

 

ok thanks..but im thinking of going on probably to do a b16 swap any ideas on what could be the best one to go with jdm or usdm remember im still going to try and get it cali state reff'd !

 

dohc zc would be easiest and least expensive.

 

i want to have a good engine with a good amount of torque...

Look into a Chevy v8 , I would suggest a b16 for you.
