Default 06 EX oil just disapearing

I changed my oil for the first about a year ago. When i went to change it again only about 1.5 quarts came out. So im like wtf. i never noticedny oil leakin on the ground and im sure i put the right amount in. So i change it again, and about a month later i check the level and seam ok. so about 3 months later i change the oil and again only 1.5 to 2 quarts drains out! where the f is my oil goin? No its not burning it, car isnt smokin at all. yes the car was on flat ground when i change it. i just dont kno where 2 quarts is dispearin every 4 months. The only thing i did diffenent was just use thentic oil. Oil flter was tight drain plug tight, not leakin on ground at all.

Well for starters you need to check your oil more often!!! If your loosing that much oil between changes your more than likely burning it. Perhaps some blow-by is the cause. Either way check your oil everytime you fill up Running 2.5 qts low will surely cause your motor to fail

Driving your car pretty hard?

Just check your oil every month and add oil. If you floor your car all the time, it's just burning them. Nothing bad. Happens to my Si. Everytime I do an oil change theres less than a quart dripping out.

Do you have an aftermarket intake?

Actually measuring the drain oil would probably indicate the problem isn't as severe as you think, but you are still obviously using oil. Like others mentioned, check the level more frequently between changes. If you're still under warranty, you could waste your time by taking it back to the dealer, but it seems Honda considers 1qt/1000 miles to be acceptable.
