Default Gauges problem - ABS light signal shows seatbelt warning

I guess I'll make this my "hello everyone, I'm the newb on the block" post, but I also have an issue I inherited from the previous owner.

So, I'll start with this... I bought a 98 Integra GSR sedan, leather, all options, yesterday. only modifications were an Apexi World Sport exhaust, AEM intake, Pioneer Deck (POS and wired incorrectly), a viper alarm system and remote keyless entry, and a 35% tint. Its got 99k on the clock, dark green, beautiful paint for the age. Clutch and timing belt have both JUST been done, along with all the other 100k mile regular maintenece. I finally have the car I've wanted for ages, although I feel like I've turned to the dark side... previous car was a 93 toyota celica gt.

So here's the problem. The previous owner was NOT a master of wiring. He installed those indiglo gauges, and they work fine, but somehow he must have crossed the ABS wires with the seatbelt wires, because the ABS light is signalling whether or not the seatbelts are on, and the seatbelt indicator light doesn't do anything.

Anyone ran accross this problem? I haven't opened up the gauges yet, but my first instinct hopes that maybe the molex connectors that connect the harness to the gauge cluster are the same shape and maybe he plugged the wrong ones in, but it may be possible that he spliced those wires thinking they were constant power, and reconnected them wrong.

So if anyones seen this, I'd appreciate the help!
