Use Honda MTF and you'll be fine.

Honda Manual Transmission Fluid. You can find it at any Honda or Acura dealer.

Yeah get the honda stuff. I just replaced the axles in my car and got the Honda auto tranny fluid. Thing shifts so smooth now. I think is like $6 or $7 a quart and you should only need like 3 quarts.

Honda Manual Transmission Fluid is all you need. It works with every honda manual tranny so you won't have to worry about getting what kind of gear oil or motor oil.

My buddy switch from gear oil and motor oil to honda fluid and notice that the honda tranny fluid switch gears a lot smoother.

yea..i went to a quik lube or something at the beginning of winter and they put ATF fluid in my trans...im extremely lucky that my trans didnt blow or lose a gear cause for about a month maybe 2, 1,3 and 5th grinded and then i put the Honda MTX in the trans and after a day or 2 of shifting the oil into the gears the problem went away....just afraid now of long term damage
