Default I toasted my clutch at Atco tonight........ :(

Well, i finally ran a better # than a 15.2. Back to Back 15.1's....... Right lanes....

Anyway, on my last run i pull up to the line. Get ready to launch. Light goes green. I gas it, and the damn thing barely moves, shift to second, nothing. Come thru the lights with a big fat 17.999@65.............

I guess i just beat on her too hard tonight. Oh well. I'm friggin broke right now so it looks like i'm screwed for awhile........

I bet it lasted a while with the punishment you put it through. Did the car just rev up but not pull? Hope a Clutchnet stage 2 or a CM stage 3 flies to ure mailbox soon.

Launch at about 3500-4000rpm. Shift at 6800rpm.

What would be best to do for now? Get a stock clutch , then upgrade when the turbo goes on or get an "upgraded" clutch now?????

I'd try and get a aftermarket clutch, Just go with a stage 2 or 3 to keep it streetable. You seem to drag race alot and a clutch can only benifit. The ACT clutch's go for about $350-$400.

Gamblers run on tuesdays, so you'll never see me there then. I always go on Thursdays. It's just street cars and bikes. You get alot more runs........

Nice runs, but that's not with the original engine is it???? And for the clutch, an aftermarket one is like $100 more than stock, so go aftermarket.

I wish our track would be open other than the weekend daytime
