will i pass smog with this?
no, you won't. BC3 cams have awfull emissions becuase of big primary lobes and those cheap "plug nd play" chips don't give nice emissions either. No way you can pass it with those cams and ECU.

you should be able to. bc 3 cams are only a stage one cam. should be similar to the skunk 2 stage 1s. skunk did the paperwork to have them carb exempt. so i dont see why you shouldn't be able to.

Assuming the intake, header, and exhaust are all carb legal, the cam gears are NOT visible and the ECU matches up to the ecu supposed to be in the car, its possible

yeah, all the visible parts are smog ca legal and when i do the smog i will just change out the valve cover to hide the cam gears. i guess i will just try to smog it and find out. thanks all.

no way. BC3 cams have a lot more duration on non vtec lobes (that is why they pull better in low rpm compared to skunk stg1 cams) . i have tried to pass smog test with them (include cat and good tuning) and i could no way to pass it.
