Changed radiator and now fans don't turn on
Hello all, well I changed out my radiator on my gas saving 4door 1998 honda civic. And now the radiator fan doesn't kick on anymore. the temperature goes way too close to the HOT. anyway, i searched around and it said i could check the fan relay by bypassing a plug, but this was for a different car on here. soo i'm not sure what to test to see if the relay is bad or not. I don't know much about these civics, so bare with me... I barely work on this car, usually i work on my toyota... don't know much about hondas. Thanks again guys.

Check the plug that is right next to the fan, I bet you didnt connect it back, I did the exact same thing when i changed my radiator.
did u check the fuses for ur cooling fan? or it can be ur temp switch that went bad. the temp switch is that plug right before the thermostat. That will cause the fan not to turn on also.

Looked at the civic again today. didn't find any ground wire that is soposed to connect to my radiator fan. just the plug alone. SOOO i decided to bypass my relay, and see if my fans would even kick on if the relay was in the on... so i put a paperclip in between two of the four terminals the relay was connected to, and well the fans turned on. dunno if its the relay. any ideas?
