Red ------------------------------ High Beam (+)
Black ------------------------------ Headlight Ground (-) {Connect the 2 Ground wires - 1 went to the High Beam plug and 1 went to the Low beam plug}
Blue ------------------------------ Fog Light (+) {Connect using OEM Fog Light wiring, If you do not have it Contact a shop for a how to on wiring or Search HT}
Green ------------------------------ Parking/City Light (+) {Connect to the Parking (+) wire that is connected to the USDM Turn signal socket that Was in the Bumper Lense on the US Front. (Has 3 wires - 1 is a Ground (-), 1 is a (+) for Turn Signal, and 1 is a (+) for parking Light.}
{It should be a Red wire with Black Stripe, test First with Volt meter}

on the turn signals. it looks like the green one is usually off and only comes on to blink. while the brown one is constantly on since it's being used for city lights.

can someone confirm this?
