94 Accord, Tranny Fluid.
I know that Honda recommended using 10W30 engine oil as the transmission lubricant for 94-97. My question is, would using synthetic oil instead of regular have any benefits? It seems reasonable that you wouldn't have to change the tranny fluid as often, since synthetic lubricates for longer. Anyone running this setup? Results?
I never used honda MTF
I bought an accord once, and it has honda mtf, and it shifted all sluggish
I got some Penzoil Synchromesh from a GM dealer, and it shifted smooth as a new car
Also ive used BG synchroshift 2, BM synthetic, Mobil 1 75w140
and my special remedy of 2 lucas transmission fixes and the rest of the way with regular mtf
