Default Just put it all back together, anything I can do before tune? Running Lousy

Sup everyone,

I transformed my b16a with the following

thin head gasket
skunk2stage 2's
skunk2 gears
milled head
flat bottom sk2 valves
skunk2 retainers and springs
b&m fuel pressure regulator
toda timing belt.

My first feedback, the car runs like ****. I havent taken it over 4500 rpm yet, and don't really plan too... as the car gets up in that area of revs it starts to get real hesitant and feels like it is losing power. Now I need a tune and it is in the immediate plans... but is there anything I can do/check to make the car run a tad bit more smooth.

It is running so rich you can see fuel on the back bumer and dirt and rocks sticking to the bumper.

Anyways,

All help is appreciated as always.

b16a internally stock in an 97 EK.

thanks
Greg

also it is emitting a tad bit of gray dark gray smoke out of the exhaust. smells like a mix of fuel and rubber....

think its the new seals setting and whatnot.

car has only abotu 35 miles on it since it was put back together. trying not to drive it since isnt tuned yet.

thanks
