Default d16a1 and d16a6 pistons?

I know it's been covered, but I can't find it in search. Anyways, I know one raises compression in the d16z6/y8 to about 11-11.5 while the other raises it to about 13-13.5. So, which one is which? Thanks.

my comp at work sucks...what does it say the compression is for a stock Z6 with p29 pistons???
