Default Installed Fujita F5 SRI

Just installed the SRI on my 07 SI Sedan. It sounds friggin sick!!! Also feels like there is a slight boost of power. Anyone else put one of these on? Got an install question concerning a spot where a hose was and now there is not one to go there. I am pretty ignorant in these matters so any input is good. There is no suction or drainige from the pipe and I have not had any noticeable problems. I am sure a picture would help so here is one:

That happen to be on the tranny? If so, it's just an air vent and supposed to be like that.

The reasn i chose the SRI over the CAI was all of the water in my area. Did not want to worry about the intake getting flooded, plus I am new to the mod game and don;t know better. Either way I am impressed with it. I would like to see/hear the difference between the two.

the SRI sound is louder to the driver too, right? cuz that's what i care about more than cold air. no sarcasm, i'm serious. i love the engine noise, and the stock exhaust is perfect.

according to my experience i think sri is louder cause of he suction caused by enclosed area under the hood...and cai tends to be a higher pitched tone....

nm that ive been lookin at the fujita sri but i want to know if that is carb legal at all?
