For the last couple years I've been running cheap cast 3mm spacers on my front wheels (running ITRs) and I'm thinking of moving up to 5mm front and rear. At 5mm would it be recommended to get extended studs or should I be alright with the stockers still?

 

I would get longer studs. You wouldn't want it to come loose or something. Error on the side of caution.
