Default Head / block milling ?

Anybody knows if those little marks show the maximum milling limit ?

going this far should raise the CR from 9,5 to +/- 11.3

it might be better for you to borrow a friends digital camera that has macro, and use it when trying to take a close up pic.

as far as milling goes, i have no idea, but i know a better picture may help someone who may know visulize it

milling the head is one way to raise the comp, most of the time people mill it bout 15 to 20ths drag users go as far as 30 to 40ths. but for every 12ths milled you need to advance the timing 1 deg on the cam. resurfacing the deck is another way but most use it to resurface only not to raise comp.
