but the tune guy did mention i need 370 injectors to improve higher up beucase im running out of fuel around 8500 rpms when the head is built for 9k or more
so i wonder if by not adjusting the cams all the way advaced or retartd would cause me to loose that hp....
im just frustrated i searched and i seen cars around the same set up with 215 -230 hp im just disappointed

hope they clearanced the chambers for the ctr pistons, with a gsr head piston to head clearance would be tight. also what compression, and the ctr dome isn't letting to much flow get past.

i think your crying over spilled milk. you still have a 1.8L and shooting for 215+ is pretty unrealistic, specially considering its not ported.
you said it has a 5 angle valve job yet we have no flow #s. the valve job is the most important part of headwork and to my knowledge the best head porters out there only run 3 angles so that could be another part of your problem.
i dont think you need more injector the ones you have should suffice. i use 370s in my motor and its bigger and has more compression and better head flow than yours.

i agree with the crying part lol but i was just expecting more and i wanted to see if i was in the right range....and the guy that tuned my car said after 8500 my injectors are at 95 percent duty clycle so he said i need bigger injectors to get the fuel there... but i mean what do u think about that?

seems kinda high IMO on the duty cycle but if thats whats happening then get bigger injectors. should be able to sell your 310s and buy new 370s for the same price.
always shoot for the low side on a build but be realistic. as i said 215 are some big #s out of a 1.8L. sure its happened, but 230 is almost stupid.
