ok. first off my crx is a 1984....ok i was driving and it started to overheat and smoke...i thought i blew the motor, but today i was looking at it and the water pump went out and leeked my antifreez all over the road and made it overheat...at the same time, somthing locked up and the timing belt it smooth, all the grooves are wore off exept a lil bit so it didnt loose time and throw all the valves...but i cant get the bottom pully nut off to get to the water pump dose eny one no how to replace the water pump or get it out with out pulling the motor out? if so please help me!!! thank you

 

u can take out the starter and jam the flywheel thats how i get the pully bolt off they also make a tool for it but u really dont have to get the tool

 

alright thank you, i finally got it off and the new timing belt, water pump and tentioners in!!! and she is runnin like it did back in 84'
