please someone help me out. my car wont start and this is what i have so far.

just bought a H22

310 RC injector for a civic not lude
si wiring. with obdI dizzy

i get fuel
i get spark
but car wont start
and i have no check engine lights
so WTF why wont the car start
all my grounds are on
everything is plugged in properly
i was thinking i might have the injectors plugged in out of order but im not sure
i also have the firing order on the dizzy right.
anyone have any clue or suggestions on why my car wont start?
also got a chipped p28 and a si ecu to play with
