Default High milage issue #1-heavy clutch pedal

My 1992 accord is at 316,000 and, to my amazement, is still running on the original clutch disc. Last summer it started to get noticeably heavy to actuate. Since then I have flushed and bled the system and replaced the master and slave cylinders. It is still heavy and creaks a bit, though it seems to work well enough. I am just wondering if this is typical for a hydraulic clutch that may be getting a little thin in the disc after all these years. Anyone? Thanks a bunch.

It might be the throwout bearing is hanging up where it slides on the 'nose piece' of the trans.

Thank-you, I thought that might be a possibility, especially since it is more noticeable in the summer months. Odd thing is, right after the flush it was light as can be, just like new. Then, 30 min. later when I thought I had it all worked out, it got heavy again. This was the case twice, first with a flush and bleed, then with the master/slave replacement, flush and bleed. odd. Thanks again.
