umm usually the LS rods are around 300hp safely but other people have their opinion, IMO is 300 hp.

why bother with it??? spend 300 on some eagles and stop stressing..


save money and do it right the first time..

I run shot peened and polished LS rods with ARP bolts, i've been told safe 350 or 8500 revs.

I've seen a set last a season at a touch over 400 though but that's pushing it and you can get aftermarkets for pretty sane.

I got my LS rods said and done *including machine work* for 100 though so can't beat that

MY ACTUALY MOTOR IS 81MM
200WHP
12.2 BECAUSE MY CIVIC IS VERY LIGHT + VERY,VERY GOOD 60FT 1.67

Since this post is in the all motor forum i take it that you are asking about an all motor application. So MY opinion on your question is Ls rods with arp bolts will take whatever your all motor setup can dish out on them. I personally would put an 9k ceiling on a common all motor application; so keep that in mind.
