As the title states. Converting a buddy's 99 civic with obd2 b16 swap, to obd1 with the Rywire harness and chipped p28 ecu. Car will not start up, no fuel for sure, but not sure if it has spark. Car does crank and turn over with the obd2 ecu, but the car is being turbo'd and has DSM 450cc injectors, so it needs the chipped ecu to run properly. He ordered the obd2b-obd1 harness, could it be possible that he needed the obd2a harness, or received the wrong one? Any ideas greatly appreciated! Needed ASAP

 

Nevermind. Got it, buddy ordered the wrong harness. He thought he needed the harness for the 99-00 because thats what engine is in there buy his car is a 97, so thats the problem. Calling up Rywire tomorrow to see if we can get another out here.
