Tailights NOT working
When i hit the brakes, none of my brake lights luminate.
When I turn my headlights on, the tails light up, however, when you hit the brakes they do not get brighter.
So the tailights are getting power, but don't get brighter when hitting the brakes.
What would cause this? I am thinking that its a fuse. If so, which one?

First things first. Check any fuses relating to the tail lights or brakes lights. If they are fine, this gets a little complicated. I would go right to the brake light switch near the brake pedal. First check and make sure everything is plugged in and mechanically working. After that check power and ground to that switch. I'm guessing the switch is the culprit, then again it is a guess.
I just pulled every fuse under the hood and under the steering wheel. All are good. I checked all of the bulbs and all of the filaments are in tact.
I will go out and check the light switch. Not really sure what that looks like but you said it was near the brake pedal so...

I just checked the light switch. What I found looks like a short black stick screwed in with a white button on the end. When the pedel is depressed, the button is released.
I have an automatic tranny. When I depressed the pedal, the gear box clicks indicating that I can now move the gear stick and put it into R,N,D,2,1. Does this mean that the switch is functioning?

My girlfriend has an '05 automatic too with 11,000 miles. Her tranny shifter clicks like that too so it's functioning. Might be a short and that could be a bitch to find. Do you have warranty (my guess is no)?
It's highly unlikely that both brake light bulbs' brakes-only filaments burn out at the same time.
The layout for the auto tranny electrics says that the brake pedal position switch (which you appear to have been found) is indeed used for control of the transmission. It's used for the grade control, which determines a shift map depending on the slope that you're driving on. And, yes, it's used to unlock the transmission from Park.
So, yeah, that's kind of odd that the switch works for the transmission but not for the lights. There are four wires coming from the switch, though, so I would expect that one pair operate the brake lights and the other go to the transmission controller.
Do an electrical test as outlined in the pic here. A voltmeter isn't necessary; just a voltage tester with a light bulb will do.
