GT Series BB Turbo Oil Fitting sizes/Oil Restrictor size
Hey all. Just need some quick info, couldn't quite find it in search.
Have a GT3076R here. Need to know what size the inlet and outlet flange for the oil are and also what size the Water ports are.
ALSO, What size oil restrictor do i need to run with this BB turbo, i thought that you had to run a smaller one then a journal bearing style turbo sense it requires less oil.. correct?
Anyone know what size fittings/restrictor?

1/8 inverted flare with a built in .8mm restrictor. You can use additional restrictors if you wish, Garrett BB CHRA'a only require a light oil mist to stay together.
Water fittings are M14x1.5
Oil outlet requires a flange that you can buy at any local 7-11.

If I'm seeing 80 psi of oil pressure at full throttle, is the built in restrictor good enough? I haven't been able to get a straight forward answer on this question for quite some time. Oh yeah, -3AN feed line.

No worries. I think I have some info for you here.
Oil feed fitting = .035" uses female -3AN feed line 1/8th NPT (I Think these are a M1.0 X1.5 thread pitch, but don't quote me)
Oil Return = GT series return GT25/28R/30R using -8AN return line
Water line fittings with 14mm banjo fittings used. You can use the Aluminum ones with 1/4NPT thread for -6AN SS water lines, or the Barb fittings that use 3/8" barb for rubber lines (though I recommend using some sort of shielding so that water line won't tear). These can be used for UP TO the BB converted T67. After that, different water fittings must be used.
You'll need the Oil return gasket for for the GT flange ( I have the flange in my hand, but I need to remember what pitch that is for the -8AN return line).
I hope this helps at least a little. Still pretty tired from last night..

Sorry I quoted you, but it's 7/16"-24...I tried 1/8" NPT and it was the wrong size.

Why dont you call Precision and just order one directly? That way you KNOW you got the right fitting.

Looks like you got all the info you needed
Contact Stan @ fast-turbo.com, he should have some restrictors that are -3 in stock now I believe.
