Default Finished up the quarters on my CRX today

i got my quarters done on my CRX today at school and took a few quick pics to post up. sorry about the crappy camera phone pics. let me know what you guys think. i wish i had some good before pictures of the rust.

Now all i gotta do is wet sand the whole car and should be painted at the end of next week. i will post some pics of the end product after paint too.

ps . all work was done at a high school career and technical center

nice. what color you gonna spray it? i think it looks really good. I have some friends that go to the local vo-tech for auto body and they cant figure out which way the arrow goes on the spray can nozzle. looks like you must have a real teacher.

Edit: i do see a run though on the back bottom of the left quarter. im sure you will clean that up though

just cut out the rusty spots and welded in new patches on both sides. it would be a pain to drill out all the spot welds and replace the whole quarter. would cost a little too.

stay silver , I rarely ever see a silver crx I think the rust has gobbled them all up. I think that is the rarest color to find them in these days

Looks decent. Those patches FWIW, you just put over top and weld up. They usually arent butt welded to the old quarter with the rusty old piece cut out.

it would be cool to change the color but way too much work. gotta do all the jams and under the hood and everything so im just gonna keep it OG gangsta with the OEM silver.
