Default tranny problem

hey guys, tonight i was driving my 92 Honda accord EX, and i decided to spin my tires at a stop light. It spun through first and second then after that the tranny started making a weird noise like gears were coming apart and grinding, so I decided to stop and check the tranny fluid, it was very low, so i filled it up, after I filled the tranny I took it for a drive and it was making the same sound so I went to turn around and it wouldn't go into first gear. The only way it would go into gear was only if I turned my car off and put it into gear, after that, the car started shifting fine but was still making that loud grinding noise. What should I do? Please Help!!
