question about omni power coilovers

question about omni power coilovers
me and my friend just put in some new omni power coilovers in my civic... they're making a funny noise and ive double and triple checked all the nuts and **** and their all tight... we thought it might be that the top hat /pillows are made of aluminum and there resting on steel ..... any feed back let me know......
but more then likely not installed properly

its wierd i dont hear it all the time especially when we rock the car back and forth while were in the drive and when you make hard turns it sound fine... just on ceratin bumps a i hear a little noise.... and had my friend hangac1093 drive it and check it over with me and he didnt find anything wrong with the way we installed it ... so the best we came up with was it was just the way the car is or the aluminum just setlling in in the steel

It has nothing to do with that.
You either did not install it correctly, or you have another problem somewhere such as broken bushings or sway bar links or ball joints . . . etc.
