Hiding alarm antenna
When doing a "stealth install" for an alarm, where do you guys put the antenna? Since you are only given a short length of wire, is it hidden as well? If so, how much range do you lose?

I allways put the ant in the front window or the back window. If the alarm is stealth there is enough wire to put it there. You can hid the ant but the range will suffer. Its up to you.

Yeah, with the newer DEI's that are 2way, you get something like 9 or 10 feet of antenna cable. More than enough to put the antenna where it gets good reception, but far away from the brain.
