Default CK rotary amp controller

Got this from tigstore.com.
It says it has contactor on/off, but it runs my torch constantly.
What am I missing?
I have it hooked up to my sync 200 as shown, and it welds, etc.
It's just it won't shut off as advertised.
I'm sure I'm an idiot, but was just hoping somebody can point it out for me.
If not, I'll call them tomorrow and chat.

Thanks

I have one for my thermal arc and it works fine. It does turn off the arc when rolled all the way to the low side. It kinda has a little bump when it goes to the off position.
I gave up on using it though, even in weird positions the pedal seemed to work better for me.

That's unfortunate, it wasn't cheap.
If it would just work...
I can feel the detent, but it won't shut-off the contact.
