Default tial turbo housings?

i know there are alot of ballers on here.
whats the deal with tial exhaust housings? they look awesome, and id like to get one, but I cant even find them on the interenet ANYWHERE except for tial's website, and they dont sell.

even google searches dont turn up crap!

there has to be a few people on here that know where to get one, and who probably have one already......whats the deal?

im having an exhaust manifold made soon, and im debating if i should have the man make it with a vband configuration......

Find a dealer that already carries Tial products and have them order one for you, so long as they're ready for public release.

I got that much.... but from a function standpoint, is it any different than a standard iron housing? Or is it just a space saver, weight savings thing?

check out tial's website http://www.tialsport.com

not to sound like a spokesperson......but......

tial makes awesome products. they advertise up to 33% weight savings, which is nice, sometimes like 13lbs.

anyways, im getting it because its probably the last turbo i will buy, something different, and will make for totally easy removal. getting to the 4 bolts takes me like 30min, and i end up with chopped up knuckles and an aching lower back. my turbo is on the firewall.

I far as i was informed Tial had stated they ran into some problems w/ getting these housings finished up and they weren't going to be released this year.

Directly out of an email I just received from them...

"At the current time we only have the GT28 .64 available. The other ones will be another few weeks.

We can not sell to individuals, only to our distributors. If you let me know where you are located I can refer you to someone in your area or you can contact
http://www.forcedperformance.net

Let me know if I can be of further assistance."

They definently look bad ***, but I don't really forsee any divided-housing being released.

For the 28 and 30 variants, definently "BALLIN"

It's just a standard V-Band.

Tial has just made these main stream, thats all. These housings have been available for ages. they come on the TR30 turbo. Also a Garrett piece, the TR is used in WRC.

Good luck contacting them. I've been trying to get ahold of them for the past month and a half. I've emailed 3 times, called twice and left a message. no response.

Tial wants their customers to go through their distributors, call the big tial distributors if you want information on these..
