Are prop valves REALLY necessary??
My friend has 99-00 Si rear brakes on his 92-95 Ex coupe.
We were thinking about upgrading the prop valve, but don't know whether or not it's worth the time..
any suggestions?
after checking the FAQ, the best prop valves would be a 92-95 Si or a 90-93 Integra, right?

The purpose of the prop valve is to set the front/rear brake bias, I think. Without it, you'd be prone to locking the rear wheels, as the rear brakes would grab just as hard as the fronts. I've always heard that using the one from the donor vehicle (or one with similar brake setups) was recommended. Personally I'd be inclined to fit an adjustable one like Wilwood makes, but I'm the kind of person who wants to tinker with everything....
I think they are a good thing...
but if they are is not handling or braking bad.. don't worry about it.
If you want to be able to adjust it
then get it
