We could possibly make you one here @ the shop. Are you looking for just a basic 1/2" intake head flange or are you looking for something w/ the injector bosses and such machined in as well?

exhaust flange is the same yes. Intake is different, the 2.8 has smaller ports.

We have made a good amount of progress on intake manifold flanges for the B16, B18(GSR), and the D series w/ injector bosses machined into them, but there was a lot of time and expense put into them so they are not going to be cheap. We're looking @ $250-300 price range.

I have seen these, very very nice pieces. And like I have said in the past about sls, there service has always been good to me.

flanges look good, but people are not going to want to pay $250-300 for one. i've made them before myself so i understand a great deal of work goes into making them and you'd be losing $ otherwise but at that price not too many people are going to be interested. if i had a cnc i could make them for probably less than $100.

Making them for $100 or less just would not be worth it. Right now we're about 4 hours in and we need to still finish the injector bosses. We figure all said and done the next batch is still gonna be 4 hours start to finish to make them after you consider squaring up all your material and its a 3 step process after that to finish cutting them. So @ 4 hours plus material plus tooling your losing $$. We charge $60/hr plus material which would come out to be roughly $273 which doesn't include any tooling or even the overhead cost of the machine itself.
