Default evo VII turbo sizing?

hey i was wondering what the evo VII turbo sizing is? would it work alright on a d16z6 on 10psi? any info would be great!

i have the evo turbo on my d16z6 now

at 10 lbs but my motor is old and tired the compression is 145 145 145 145 though

i made 175whp 135trq

putting vitaras in soon and going for 20+psi

wondering more myself my roomate has a evo 9 mr and its running 22 psi and making 340 whp dyno tuned but the spool puts you in the seat wondering how say like a t3t4 in any trim would compare ?also what manifolds are people running for this turbo

I can't even imagine what the t3/t4 on my CRX would be like at 22 psi. It would probably feel like a fighter jet or something.
