Size does matter . I will thank Jim at arczone for setting me up. All I did was call and he did the rest. Even included some m&m.

Yeah it takes number 9 heads, number 17 heads, and number 24 heads
17 is the biggest
9 is in the middle
24 is the smallest

Also has a flexible head

I would have preferred Peanut Butter M&M's imo.

I need to pick up a torch like that pretty soon.

Air cooled, everything was around $500. I bought the pro kit that included all the cups and what not, I hate piecing things together like this.

hahaha, the flexible end is great but not sure how it will feel for every day welding. I really want to switch down to 9 for every day welding.

It's overdue for me to upgrade as well....tired of not fitting in small spots without a fight.

Gonna check this out....if I get it I'll let Jim know you repped this and I bought it.

You welded up a freaking dime? that IS a sweet torch.

I really really really want to learn to TIG. Luckily I move to vegas next week and then after finding a place with a two car garage I start assembling my garage shop and posts like this help me in the right direction to gather supplies.

Thats good, I sent them an email but not sure if since I sent a reply back to an original email, they did not get it. I need to call them up and ask them about something .

For referance

Far right is a number 7, 17 gas cup

On the right, I believe it has to be is a number 7 ( same size outlet as the 17 ) such a big difference.

Can any confirm that though ? They gave me a few heads, and I'm assuming thats for a number 9. I still can't believe how small a 9 is.

Is the head up on top a number 9 ?

Once you get used to it, you'll never put it down.

Thats sweet. I bet it would be very nice to have for those 198358+ tight spots on most manifolds.

bob,
you overpaid as usual, nah just busting your *****. That setup looks real nice. The plastic case was worth every penny haha Let me know how it works i like the interchangeable heads. Its better than switching torches. I got a weldcraft water cooled flexible with setup similar to yours at an auction for $75 but I call it the flexible pencil since the cup screw directly to the body.

actually the flexable end will be trash in about 6months to a year. I bought that setup with about 5 different heads at PRI 2 years ago. It is a nice piece but the flex part will seperate and start leaking argon after a while.

Yeah, this is correct, they don't last forever. I've only been through one torch in 3 years, my first separated late last year.
