Default Is there a way to purchase part by part?

Im getting ready for my turbo build. Since i wanna stay street legal a friend of mine suggested edelbrock. Since its really expensive i was wondering if there is a place i can buy part by part. I mean there has to be only because when if a certain part goes out. Any suggests.

Edelbrock sells its turbo kit for $3,500. If you don't have a lot of experience with turbo'ing, I'd suggest getting it; as they use top of the line products and piecing everythign they include would cost around $5,000 dollars.. I'd get it if I had that kind of money, along with the $$ to tune, chip ecu, rebuild engine & internals.

Otherwise, start searching around in different online shops, locally.. If you need help with parts, ask me.

there some things i dont like about the edlebrock kits, what they use for tuning, the relatively low boost, injectors, IC etc

you can pieace together a kit for about half of what they are charging,

especially if you are thriffty, ie hx manifold, used log type maifold, mandrel bent exhaust piping or some mandrel bent **** at home depot or even a DIY mandrel bent kit (if you're a welder you know what i mean) if you can weld and fab parts you can get away with a 500 dollar turbo kit

tuning is done free with crome or uberdata and relatively easy to use, if you can get a homie with a dyno you can tune yourself to safe the few bucks i mean damn all these other guys are recommneding buying the kit lol becuase theyve never done a turbo kit just reasearch man

licoln eletric arc welder- 600
wire gloves, dickies clothes weldeing mask- 600

now get metal and a turbo get crome and some sheet metal to learn how to weld

i learned by just doing it on the old ood i had on my car it was dented etc just start doing it and youl eventually get really good at it

first thing i did was drill holes in my hood, cleaned it up, and filled and cleaned the holes

keep doing it and eventually youll get a non porus weld which is what you want
