Sensor leaking? D16Z6
I have been noticing a very rapid depletion in my coolant lately, and small puddles beneath my car, so i tried looking everywhere for it (did not have time to jack the car up though...) and all i found was a small amt of coolant around a sensor:
Now this sensor, is near the firewall, about where the trans and block bolt together. Not sure what sensor that is, or if it is the cause of the leak?! Maybe it's just a puddle formed in the recessed part for the sensor, but i could not see where it could have dripped down.
Just wondering if anyone else had seen this problem before, or if you knew what sensor it was.
Also, just a side question: How do you know if your heater core is bad? My car blows virtually no hot ait unless you've run it for a really long time, and trust me....it's boosted = no loss for hot air.

sounds to me like a bad thermostat, its probably stuck open so your car takes forever to warm up so u have no heat.. replace it
