17x8 +38 fronts and 17x9 +45 rear? if it fits, what is the best tire size?

front is going to need some work, back works for sure if you roll the fender.

those offsets sound like regamasters i was looking at

 

215/45 front(will most likely rub)
245/40 rear, possibly a 255(should be good, depends on if the car is lowered, and how much)

I agree. go with a 215/45 and rolled front fenders. some added camber wont hurt. being toooo low would hurt tho.

 

or can just run a 215/40 to give you more room !

 

all fit fine depending on height as said, run some camber and your set!

 

they will work. might need to roll and add some -camber.

they sound like blitz rims to me.
