is there a difference in the height of a b18c block and a b20 block, or is the extra displacement made by the crank and rods.i have a b16a2 but i wanna go bigger but not a ls /tvec. can u stroke a b18c into a b20 using a vtec block

 

the answer in short, it is cheaper to go 2.0 with a 2.0 block!!

 

if you don''t mind me asking what are are you running in your car.what mods, and what motor. i am wanting to build a 200 hp at the wheels b16a2. but i want to keep it streetable, its my daily driver.

agreed, I am running a 12:1 motor, pretty much fully built. I am actually stepping up to a 2 liter and finally gonna do some head work as well so I may be able to squeeze a few more out
