Default What "style" header is this?

Hey these are on my local auction site for sale for a good price. Can someone tell me what "style" these are? In other words who did they copy?

Commonly referred to as a 'tri Y header', and there is a recent post of a batch of these headers being sold on Ebay for cheap because the header flange doesn't exactly match the bolt holes on the head. Simple fix tho and a decent header design for good gains on the cheap as apposed to paying $800 to $1000 for a custom tri Y header.

It looks to me like a poor copy of a 1 piece SMSP header. The primaries look shorter than the real thing and only half of the secondaries are curved like the SMSP is. God knows who makes it but it's definitely not like the F1 spec all over ebay right now.

Yeah the one pipe that has bends and the other that is straight is weird!! Will it affect flow and make it unequal length???
