Tinted Windows
Kansas was 35%, but I think it may have changed.
Are you planning on doing it yourself? Its a big pain in the ***, and there is an art to it. I did the windows on my Chevy Truck(much flatter then the prelude), but I wouldn't do it again, and it turned out nice.
Since you won't do it yourself
just ask who you have install it. Sometimes they will do illegal tint. Say you have a showcar or something.
I have 35% and am totally happy with it. If you go darker you may have trouble seeing out the back at night. Another truck I tinted with 5% in the back was hard to see out even in the day if there was shadows.
I think $135-$175(for lifetime warrenty) is about the range for a 2 door. I had the windshield stripe done and really liked that(add $35). It really darkened the interior.

Alright I heard it was a big pain in the *** too. I am just redoing the interior in my lude, it is alot of black and red will the tint also help keep some heat out of the car?
Yeah, the heat is a major reason. Another is so you can hit the hooka w/o the five0 seein' you.
If you do decide to do it make sure you clean the **** outta the windows. Razor blade and or scotch bright on the sides. When I did the truck I had the windows out anyways and that made it alot easier.
There should be a few writeups on the best ways to do it. You'll need a heat gun.
