Default fuel pump not turnin on after swap

I just swaped my blown d16 for a good d15. The car is still wired for dpfi. Now it wont start and I can not hear the fuel pump turning on. the new d15 was an automatic and i used that harness.
I noticed that the two 1 wire plugs near where the tranny mounts to the engine, i think they are for the reverse lights and something else, are not on this harness. should i swap harnesses?

Usually it's a ground terminal that is right near the thermostate, that is built into the wiring harness.
