Default suspension upgrade

sorry i posted this in the suspension forum but looks kinda dead over there so im gona put it in here

hey guys im trying to determine what are the best parts to buy. my setup is a 93 hatch with a k20 swap. its going to be a weekend track AND street car. im looking to see whats the best route for good suspension. i have 800 dollars to spend on it and i would like to get the best for my money. whats the best route to go with shocks/struts, springs, bushings, and control arms. i have front and rear strut bars, traction bars and a few other things already. give me ur best idea. the main goal for the car is good control while turning and cornering, and good handling for 1/4 mile runs. tires are also a concern. i do not understand tho why so many people choose a smaller wheel size over a larger wheel size. i was looking into 17x8 and 17x9 rear witdth wheels with equally wide tires, any opinion on this? btw tire and rim money is not in the 800 dollars thats seperate.
